Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be printed and packed. This may vary slightly depending on order volume or special requests.

Production Time for Apparel: Apparel items are usually printed within 2-5 business days.

Production Time for Accessories: Accessories typically take 3-7 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

WHEELZ ships worldwide! Here are a few things you should know about shipping:

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method chosen:

  • Domestic (USA): Typically 3-5 business days.
  • International: Delivery times can range from 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimates, and shipping times may be affected by holidays, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every product is custom-made through a print-on-demand service, WHEELZ cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product (e.g., defective or damaged items). WHEELZ wants you to be happy with your order, so if there is an issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item.

Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, WHEELZ will replace it or offer you a full refund. Please contact with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, inform within 7 days, and it will be corrected as quickly as possible.

WHEELZ is committed to providing high-quality products, so if you have any questions about sizing or material, feel free to reach out before placing an order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, WHEELZ can accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. Since WHEELZ works with Printful to produce items on-demand, WHEELZ begins production quickly, and cancellations after this period cannot be processed.

WHEELZ tries our best to provide accurate product descriptions and sizing charts for every item. If you're unsure about the fit, please refer to the size guide provided on each product page.
